My experience was phenomenal! I brought a failing store out of a hole! I deserved an hourly wage! I need stability! There is no stability there as far as financial success! The money is there but it fluctuates!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like all Salon Leaders should be paid at least $18 an hour instead of getting paid commission. I felt over worked although I loved working for Smarstyle
