We are all very hard workers, loyal to clients, team players.

I like that they are finally understanding the importance of continued education and they are offering different types to employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I went to cosmetology school and paid a lot of money to do so, they start you out at minimum wage with only one chance to get a raise. After getting your one raise, you never get another raise.
