Good overall , just when your not busy your not making much money and I feel that is not the fault of the stylist when prices change and customers are not happy

Busy days nice customers with realistic expectations and fairly tipped for my hard work

My team is very comfortable with each other always for building one another up and helping when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe it should be easier to get a raise in my salon there are days it’s extremely slow and hard to get a good amount of people in the door , I believe we should get a percentage of our services vs hourly minimum wage or even just updating
