Mr. Jonathan Garfield, also known as Jon, Co-founded Reis, Inc. (formerly known as Wellsford Real Properties Inc.) in 1980 and has been its Executive Vice President since 1980. Mr. Garfield has led the design, implementation and maintenance of Reis's database comprising 150,000 properties. He serves as Corporate Secretary of Reis, Inc. and previously served in the same position from 1981 to May 2007. He has developed and maintained the systems and methodologies that are instrumental to Reis's data collection, storage and analysis. He initially spearheaded the transition to electronic delivery of Reis's information products, by managing the design, production, testing and maintenance of Reis OnLine. He has been a Director of Reis, Inc. since 1980. Mr. Garfield is a cum laude graduate of Pomona College.
