Easy to get along wit
Very transparent and honest people
Down to earth people. Easy to work with.
Always ready to answer questions. Personable group. Don't feel like just a number here
The HR team at RelaDyne really drives the culture and keeps all departments driving for the same goals. The VP is well respected at all levels and has put together a world class organization here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better people to run Santa Rosa yard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly Bonus and nice health plan
I like it all. Good company
Medical and pay. Gas costs
We have the most comprehensive benefit program I've ever seen.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and get along
We work hard together & get the job done
They work well with each other like a well oiled machine. But still treat each other as a close family.
I can always ask questions, always willing to help, will explain things I don't understand
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quit wasting time and take care of customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the bottom to the top personnel, the environment is pretty enjoyable.
Everyone is a team and never feel singled out
HR has established a very support, collaborative growth culture where I'm allowed to assume as much responsibility as I'm willing to manage. I'm given the flexibility to make decisions as well!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management get rid of good ole boy managers

Friendly time frame and how fast

New management that cares & comes to the warehouse
Prices way too high on oil and fuel
