Toxic. There are lots of amazing individual contributors here, but middle management and leadership are petty, incompetent, and self-centered. This bad review will create a witch hunt to find out who wrote it and a plead for fake positive reviews to hide the bad ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Decent leadership that cared about their people would help. Relias crows about their pay and benefits, but they pay fast below average and their benefits are generic. HR is beyond useless.
