Our leadership team is passionate about helping our customers deliver the best possible results. It's clear that Kay is also committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture and promoting work/life balance.
They are always looking for ways to help us innovate, which breaks down silos, builds trust, and improves both our culture and products.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership should take some empathy trainings and reassess their position on salaries. I would like to see them implement transparency around executive pay, including bonus structure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Decent leadership that cared about their people would help. Relias crows about their pay and benefits, but they pay fast below average and their benefits are generic. HR is beyond useless.
