We have an inclusive and diverse culture.
The people are the best part of the culture. Everyone buys into the mission that we are measurably improving the lives of the most vulnerable members of society and those that care for them. I have felt welcomed, embraced and celebrated for my efforts and for who I am.
Just becuase we have departments doesn't mean we are departmentalized. I feel encourage to reach out to members of other teams, other departments, even Directors and C-Suite as needed.
