I got to meet everyone on the team I would be working for.
I was interviewed by people who would be on my team and all levels of management to the leader of the department. It was really great to talk to each person and get their perspectives, especially my future teammates.
That it is DIFFICULT! Warm bodies need not apply. Everyone, and I mean everyone I work with is united and traveling in the same direction. Yes, we may be marching to different music, but the goal is the same.
There are assessments as well as behavioral and technical interviews
The recruiter's ability to match my skills set to a job position that was above my experience.

Organization and execution of process
stop measuring people on the ability to pass a test. it rarely works out
