Knowing that we play a small part in helping people receive better care.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is passionate about helping our customers deliver the best possible results. It's clear that Kay is also committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture and promoting work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is amazing. She leads with authenticity and compassion. My team member come from all walks of life. Not only do I learn from them every day, I know I can rely on them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by people who would be on my team and all levels of management to the leader of the department. It was really great to talk to each person and get their perspectives, especially my future teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best part of the culture. Everyone buys into the mission that we are measurably improving the lives of the most vulnerable members of society and those that care for them. I have felt welcomed, embraced and celebrated for my efforts and for who I am.
