What are some of the best things about your team?The PSR team are great. Highly educated, yet badly treated team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?Poor, ineffective leadership from lower to upper management. Laid off staff, hired them back and laid them off again. Poor planning, poor financial management. Previous history of executive team should give you an idea of where this company is headed.
