Retirement. I like that they match my contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the work I do and the education I have, the pay isnt that great. Working harder doesnt get you any sort of recognition so people dont try. And the management doesnt listen or address concerns.

Nurses with less experience than I make more money. Equal pay.

look at supporting the employees that are on the front lines as much as the management and executives

Not claim to he not for profit when that is all that you are about

Workers are treated as cattle. No input is ever taken seriously and everyone is replacable if you speak up

I do not feel undervalued. PAR pay is pretty low. The deductible and OOP of HTH are high, reaching that OOP would be crippling for my family. HR informed me we had 5 paid holidays, but neglected to mention that pay is involuntarily out of annual leave time.

I would feel better about my compensation if my coworkers and I were paid similar rates to other hospitals in Reno. There are some employees on food stamps because they get paid so little. Senior leaders make so much money that they could give every employee $1 an hour raise and still make 6 figures

Review from Operations Dept

Renown is the only Level II Trauma Center in the region and also has the area's only dedicated children's hospital. For this organization to have such a reputation and be the only trauma center in the region, the wages are lower than Renown's competitors (Northern Nevada and St. Mary's).
