The compensation is great... for upper management. I enjoy the people in my department but other than that, its like any other hospital of hierarchy.

My coworkers. Theyre like family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really close and we rely on teamwork to function. Its made up of really dedicated people that love what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the work I do and the education I have, the pay isnt that great. Working harder doesnt get you any sort of recognition so people dont try. And the management doesnt listen or address concerns.
