What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

All aspects of leadership & maangement

perhaps making the needs of the patients and the teams that deal with the patients directly more important than the salary's of the management and individuals that do not work with the patients.

Leadership does not listen or care.

Listening to their employees concerns

The whole leadership needs replacement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

For the work I do and the education I have, the pay isnt that great. Working harder doesnt get you any sort of recognition so people dont try. And the management doesnt listen or address concerns.

Nurses with less experience than I make more money. Equal pay.

look at supporting the employees that are on the front lines as much as the management and executives

Not claim to he not for profit when that is all that you are about

Workers are treated as cattle. No input is ever taken seriously and everyone is replacable if you speak up

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Coworkers are usually good. Management is not

I think the ER staff (nurses, techs and unit clerks) should be more compassionate to the patient's and their families. Often times these individuals ignore call lights and spend time having side bar conversations about things unrelated to their duties- which increases wait times in the waiting room

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

This place is a hostile worplace and at this point there is nothing that will fix it. Theyd need to fire everyone and start again

The management needs to listen to their employees

Fire all uper management and stRt over. Take away their exaessive annual bonus and how they are structured.

Communication needs to be more effective. More often than not, things are lost in translation and employees are often times not on the same page. Senior leadership should definitely address this.

Review from Operations Dept

Greater trust between staff and management

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

We need to have a recruiting department that does its job of filling jobs

Find a new job completely

They are only interested in warm bodies filling positions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Like i said, this whole place is bombing. The employees and patients can see it. I would not recommend any family of mine to get care at renown while Northern Nevada is here.

fix management and support the frontline staff

Short staffing and overworking employees causes negative culture

Replace current management team from ceo and down

There is a lot of miscommunication and issues when it comes to being compliant. On several occasions I have witnessed staff enter and exit patient rooms without foaming in/out. I have also witnessed nursing staff speaking negatively about patient's while other visitors are nearby and can hear them.
