How employees describe working at Restaurant Associates

Culture of "care" is a joke

It was brutal, they didn't offer raises. It was... a lot of the people were mean in management. Bitter, terrible, long hours. Several times I'd work a 12hr shift and it would be two in the morning. They hadn't fed us and told us to "grab something as we left." Ridiculous.

Not micromanaging or pushing their own agendas, working as a team.
