What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be replaced with a team who actually practice what they preach. Especially HR leadership
Not micromanaging or pushing their own agendas, working as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Was being able to cover life parthers without marriage however that has now changed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No health insurance, no raises.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Same as previous comments about all
Everyone hates each other. Negative and toxic environment pushed by a small clique of the director, HR manager and a few key people.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Same as previous comments posted
More employee care would be good.
They need to move the high salaried dinosaurs out who have focus on running an operation as if it is 1996.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was casual, very easy, and encouraging.

Interview process is actually fine

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They are really brutal and uncaring to employees.
Our senior director is not forward thinking, appointing a drunken manager to be our unit director with a group of unskilled 22yr olds as their leadership. The Senior Director and HR basically operate by protecting their own and their own agendas.
