Positive Reviews From Restaurant Brands International Employees

  • What makes you most happy at work?
Taking on big projects relative to my experience
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Higher performance culture with mostly competent people
  • What are some of the best things about your team?
    High caliber culture of excellence

Constructive Feedback From Restaurant Brands International Employees

  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are MBA graduates and are very book smart but lack basic business experience and ethics.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do not know them personally. They lack restaurant industry experience which results in what appear to be random decisions that don’t drive the (over 200?) company KPI
  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Back when I interviewed, it seemed the goal of the interviewer was to create stressful environments and see if I could still make rational decisions. Our interview process has come a long way since then and the instructions for interviewers reflect our goal to create a more empathetic work place.
