What makes you most happy at work?Taking on big projects relative to my experience
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Higher performance culture with mostly competent people
What are some of the best things about your team?High caliber culture of excellence
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They are MBA graduates and are very book smart but lack basic business experience and ethics.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I do not know them personally. They lack restaurant industry experience which results in what appear to be random decisions that don’t drive the (over 200?) company KPI
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Back when I interviewed, it seemed the goal of the interviewer was to create stressful environments and see if I could still make rational decisions. Our interview process has come a long way since then and the instructions for interviewers reflect our goal to create a more empathetic work place.
