I have a BBA and an MA. I have knowledge and experience that would be valuable to our store's management, and I sincerely want to help make things better. My overtures of store-wide assistance have been ignored. Nothing would make me feel better about current compensation.

You're given a title, but can do many things, so you help out in Departments needing assistance, and yet aren't valued and blamed for not doing your job hired as, but are expected to help others at the same time

Because I am treated like my opinion doesn't matter even with my own department. The disrespect from main boss is bad. Boss has the he's always right attitude and you're always wrong. I have many many years management experience and the low pay is atrocious.

I feel undervalued because I have asked about going for a assistant manager position and have had others there with less time in then me get them

Very little PTO. As an ABM, they need to do better

They lied about how much they are goin to pay me.
