They need to come to work when they are scheduled and not call off or no show all the time without any consequences
The leaders need to lead and guide their employees; not look down on them when things aren't done, because they get caught up in helping other departments, but aren't appreciated for it. Their hardwork is constantly overlooked and the things they aren't doing, are always focused.

Better customer service and stocked products
Better technology on the register. The building is old and dirty, ceiling falling apart, rats, no heat or working ac.
The main boss is a bully. Takes advantage of employees, allows disrespect, and does not hold everyone to same standard. He and main managers need sensitivity training.
