The underdogs and employees are will to help each other; it's the lack lf leadership and their accountability that makes everyone else want to leave
We work together for the most part.
Most of us are on the same page when we see things that are not right. We all strive for customer service and satisfaction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly cashier some and customers even custermors. See how cashiers are treated
The hourly employees, that are not related or "dating" the senior managers try to support each other

The most positive thing about that place is asking one asst warehouse manager for help and he is always happy to help and being able to talk to my store manager and he listens and talks to me.
