Executive Bio

Becky joined ResultsCX in 2017. She is currently Senior Vice President, Client Solutions, where she is responsible for building integrated go-to-market strategy for business development and serves as the senior point of contact for all clients.

Becky brings over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, including 10 years dedicated to healthcare solutioning and outsourcing. Prior to ResultsCX, she held several leadership roles, growing large, global accounts while improving customer satisfaction and bottom-line performance. As Vice President Healthcare Client Solutions at Alorica, she was responsible for driving strategic growth and client satisfaction for large Payor and PBM accounts. Prior to that, she was Vice President Healthcare at Expert Global Solutions where she was responsible for strategic account planning for Fortune 100 healthcare clients.

Becky is well known for her ability to foster personal and empathetic human connections between our high performing agent teams and our clients’ end customers.
