Executive Bio

Mark leads our global human resources team, empowering more than 21,000 employees. As the Chief People Officer, Mark is tasked with transforming the HR function into innovative, technology-driven teams that deliver meaningful solutions to people challenges.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in BPO, Education and Financial Services industries across six continents, spanning international HR strategy, M&A, and operations. Prior to joining ResultsCX in 2021, Mark held several executive leadership positions at leading companies, including Concentrix, Alorica and ACS/Xerox Business Services. At ACS, in addition to supporting leadership development, he helped create a new multi-million-dollar business in learning outsourcing. Mark also severed as a volunteer board member at Kinecta Federal Credit Union for nearly a decade.
