Executive Bio

Pete serves as the Chief Operating Officer, with operational oversight of all ResultsCX businesses. As COO, he is responsible for driving the company’s operations, strategic transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Pete has more than 40 years of expertise in the BPO industry, specializing in contract negotiations, client relationships, organic growth, inbound customer care, IT, and change management. Previously, Pete was the COO of Startek. In this position, he was responsible for implementing new business and the day-to-day operations for a client base – amounting to $300 Mn in annual revenues and spanning 25 locations in the Americas and the Philippines. Prior to Startek, Pete held a series of leadership positions at ClientLogic/Sitel.

With extensive knowledge and experience in North America, LATAM and EMEA, Pete takes a process-driven approach to operations to ensure consistency, insights, and continuous improvement.
