Tracy Mitchell — Senior Corporate Counsel at ResultsCX
Executive Bio
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Tracy leads the legal department at ResultsCX, providing legal advice and counsel to ensure the company’s business complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal standards. She manages all stages of contract, risk management, compliance, regulatory and employment related issues and litigation.
Tracy brings nearly 20 years of legal experience in handling legal analysis, litigation and risk management, vendor oversight, and evaluation of exposure in complex legal and business matters. In her previous role,
she served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal for Orangetheory Fitness, providing legal advice, counsel, strategy, and guidance on a multitude of legal and business matters.
Prior to holding in-house counsel roles, Tracy was a litigation attorney in Illinois and Florida, counseling and representing clients in matters involving contract, real estate, employment, professional responsibility, and commercial litigation for over 12 years. Additionally, she worked in the financial services industry handling insurance-related and regulatory compliance matters
