I started as a Senior Sourcing Scout and was able to earn a promotion to Senior Manager in less than a year with the company. My team and leadership are always helping me to grow.

I thoroughly enjoy learning new things and being able to shape our company through the projects I take on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I came to ResultsCX from a similar company because the pay was more competitive here. I appreciate that we had a say in what KPIs went into our bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company truly values the opinions of all employees. I have never had more say in the type of work I do and the structure of my work day as I do at this company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at ResultsCX values our opinions and has always allowed me a "seat at the table". The departments work really well together and this is the first company that I've worked at the truly works on improving the culture every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team in particular has worked together for many years and there are deep relationships here. We actually have worked together at multiple companies. We rely on each other's strengths and can cover/teach any weaknesses. All of us continuously strive to be greater.
