As Chief Strategy Officer at ResultsCX, Sanjay leads the development and execution of our corporate strategy – setting the roadmap and working with our world-class teams to enhance operational and financial performance.

A seasoned industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, and Sales, his key areas of expertise include IT hardware, tech services, and business process management. Prior to ResultsCX, Sanjay co-founded Nexting Advisors, where he focused on developing deep-tech CX solutions for global organizations. Previously, he held several leadership positions across leading companies, including CRO of Big Tapp Analytics, President of Customer Management at Firstsource Solutions, Director and Country Manager of DELL India, and Marketing Manager for IBM’s venture in India. His entrepreneurial ventures include Knowledge Dynamics, an early entrant into the analytics space.

Sanjay is passionate about maintaining a strong business focus and customer centricity on the one hand and providing training and mentoring to his team on the other.
