Executive Bio

Sid oversees our business in Europe – a strategic market for ResultsCX. He works closely with FTSE 100, Fortune 500 multinationals, and disruptive mid-market companies – helping them power their business objectives with our next gen digital led offerings. Sid is also responsible for leading business expansion in the region – developing relationships with industry analysts and establishing strategic engagements with clients and prospects.

Sid has more than 24 years of experience in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. Prior to ResultsCX, he held several leadership roles Firstsource, playing a pivotal role in building a multi-million-dollar, multi-industry BPM practice the UK. Sid started his BPM career with GE Capital, where he led the healthcare and financial services operations.

A people-leader, Sid is passionate about understanding client needs and expectations and working closely with teams to establish strategies and processes that deliver results.
