Executive Bio
In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Michael drives the global financial strategy and transformation agenda for ResulstCX, focused on increasing transparency, strengthening and growing finance teams, and driving process improvements.
Prior to joining ResultsCX, Michael was CFO – Americas of the Sitel Group, where he led a team of more than 500 finance professionals and oversaw an annual revenue budget of $1.8 Bn. While at Sitel, he played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Sykes Enterprises. Previously, as the the CFO of VXI Global Solutions, he led debt financing to successfully acquire Symbio.
Michael’s background in the BPO industry also includes spearheading private equity transactions with both The Carlyle Group and Bain Capital. Early in his career, he held several leadership positions at PWC, managing billion-dollar, multi-national and domestic clients, both public and privately owned – across industries.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
