Does rethink have any remote positions?
You can work from home depending on what you do.
How does rethink make decisions around promotions?
Wait over two years to find out.
How's the vacation policy at rethink?
You get 15 days for everything: sick days and vacation.
How's the work life balance at rethink?
Mixed with high and low tide type of days. The high tides are almost always stressful and oddly, fall from the sky at the last minute (bad management).
What do people at rethink think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Top Employee Response
Not much. Very business minded but little to no interaction with co-workers in the office.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at rethink?
Top Employee Response
Fire three of their leading managers and hire actual project managers who understand the concept of breaking down realistic timeframes and deadlines.
What part of rethink's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
They have three branches. The one that makes them the most money is for sure their most growing one. All of them have the same difficulty: Bad maintenance.
What's the interview process like at rethink?
Normal. There is a second interview with the CEO or the head manager asking more direct work pace questions. They aim for high expectations for a reason.
What interview questions does rethink ask?
Top Employee Response
Aside from the standard ones, I was once asked "What should I know about your personality?". Very forward and to the point. Needless to say, stay honest.
What are your coworkers at rethink like?
Top Employee Response
Mixed. You'll definitely tell apart the extroverts with the introverts. Keep an eye for the friendly ones, as they'll encourage much needed sanity for the ones engaged in just their work.
What's the company culture like at rethink?
There is no culture. There's been minimal attempts to make workers socialize but for the most part, everyone runs (and for the most part, eat) to the desks. Truly dedicated workers but almost non-existing time to get to know each other. Semi-mix friendly vibe of highly social and mostly non-social types.
