Rev has been my first job out of college and it is amazing how much I have been able to grow in just a couple years. Rev has given me the opportunity to become a leader in my field at a young age, and I feel like that is a unique opportunity I would not have found many other places.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working on exciting products & features with high-powered teammates. And I love having the opportunity to do things outside of my normal job description, like be a part of the culture club
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is very low ego on my team, which allows us to work very closely as peers, regardless of tenure or expertise. I feel valued & seen by people on every level of the team hierarchy
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is probably the best part lol. As an engineer, the desk budget is great as well, since it gives me freedom to have a space im happy with in order to do great work. I also love having access to the education & training budget. #RIPZestful tho
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really feel like they all trust & respect one another due to their long history both during & outside of their time at Rev. Therefore this makes me feel like I trust their decision making as a group. I feel like they also allow our company culture to be unqiue and cohesive.
