Transparency, no egos, they listen, they're honest and forthright and set a great tone for the company as a whole

nobody takes themselves too seriously. not too competitive. we're collaborative and honest with one another. everyone has a great sense of humor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is special. I've worked at other tech (and non-tech) companies in the past -- I've never been this satisfied with a company culture. The people here are whip smart but with zero pretension -- everyone here is kind, appreciates continuous learning and collaborates effectively
