What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating each other's victories, and the compassionate manner in which corrections/redirections are given.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team and I love puzzles (finding odd solutions to out of the box questions).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication and transparent in expectations. It's often intimidating to reach out to someone higher in the company, but Rev fosters a culture that encourages creativity and communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
12 paid holidays is far better than other options considered in the past, in addition to vacation and sick time. I definitely appreciated a month of sabbatical as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family, and we look out for one another like nothing I've ever seen before. Rev's culture does not promote cut-throat tactics. Rather, it embraces team efforts, but does not forget to praise those individuals who go above and beyond. They absolutely deserve their praise.
