This has been my favorite job. It's the first time I've felt valued, by the people I work with, and I hope to be here for a long time to come.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of importance the company places on diversity and inclusion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always keeping the company informed of what is happening on a pretty consistent basis. Always striving to improve in all ways that matter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We look out for each other and help each other when needed. We work very efficiently together, like a well-oiled machine. My team members are reliable and a joy to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently not receiving any benefits, and wages are decent but only moderately above minimum wage. With that being said, I love working here and truly value the company and what it stands for.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom of my work hours. While I have my regular shift, I'm free to come in early mornings or weekends if the need arises without any prior scheduling. That freedom makes me enjoy my job all the more. I love the challenges of the day, the variety of the tasks we need to handle. I feel needed.
