It's a good organization. It's definitely hard to keep up with the work load and the pressure of success. I've HEARD the culture is great, but I have not experienced much of that workingfrom home. I trust the leadership team on all levels, but think it could use some gender diversity

It WOULD be the health and wellness stipend but that's not around right now....so I guess the fairness of the salary

They are very communicative with the organization as a whole. They're involved on the detailed level of what's going on in the org
