It has been a bumpy road. I haven't always gotten the help I have needed, I don't get proactive feedback, and its hard to know where I stand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability we have to speak to any one in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They want to help out. They are easy to work with and talk to.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being to able to see things get accomplished and helping other people, customer, co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am doing more than my job description which should be recognized and paid accordingly. For all that I am doing, my pay isn't reflective.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure the person is able to bring their whole self to work. Work on recognizing people who are doing a great job with monetary benefits. Need to work on making sure pay is equitable.
