Lucky to be here, good example of how a company can grow and be run in a friendly and efficient manner without any toxicity. People grow successfully at a fast enough pace. My only gripe is comp (not up to par with FAANG).

Ability to focus without distractions/meetings. Seeing your work in production.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k match and a salary that doesn't make me think about public companies stock comp.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Absence of politics, gaming the system and people who just climb over others' head instead of doing valuable work. We have something very special going on, even at the current growing size.
