What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understand the queries and do not judge
Open & transparent culture with a lot of trust.
The leadership team works together to grow the company and genuinely cares about each other and their teams.
Chris really cares about all RT team members.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accept the fact that this product has not gone anywhere in the past 3+ years and competition has completely leapfrogged us
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can live like a nomad
Pay is more than fair and benefits are fantastic. Better than I would have expected in many cases for a company this size.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Great communicators and hard workers
We have a team full of winners.
I joined RT because everyone I interviewed with seemed extremely intelligent. They continue to challenge me daily.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop drinking the kool-aid and challenge the constant excuses offered by management about product shortcomings. (e.g. Yelp partnership)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with this many smart committed people on a daily basis.
Everyone has a voice to make changes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start demonstrating that you're aware of all the negativity
