What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees and follow through on their commitments.
Leadership has vision and the foresight to plan and execute. High focus on both employees and are very capable of any task.
They actually care and show it all the time by there actions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and direction of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation time is very flexible. As long as you communicate with your teams beforehand you can take off time as needed without much resistance.
The employee equity pool.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR is insecure and feels they have to interview out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have product teams that take ownership over projects. The success of the project depends on that small close knit team and they always have your back.
Seriously talented people here and all very interesting to be around. Most of all, I know that they have my back.
Everyone always is continuing to learn and grow. Mutual respect among co-workers makes for a great & trusting atmosphere.
Great people who are incredibly competent.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communicate and be honest with motives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's fast paced but in a fun way. People are trusted to make good decisions. People have a lot of influence over how they work here.

Waiting for the end of the day, haha.
Being able to take time to socialize and do activities with my co-workers brings us closer together.
It's fun when you get to work with smart people. The work is always different and challenging so I'm always learning new things.
