Rex Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It would be my base salary.

Review from Design Dept

Flexible time off for vacations.

Review from Engineering Dept

Base pay is in line with the market.

unlimited PTO but we have to be wise about it

Equity is generous. Everyone feels like an owner

Review from Product Dept

equity is an amazing perk

equity compensation for employees is quite good

Review from Engineering Dept

Salary and Stock options, discretionary time off

Review from Engineering Dept

The equity. Having a piece of ownership in the company makes me want to work that much harder to win.

Review from Design Dept

Stock options incentivize ownership of opcos

Review from Product Dept

Having equity in the organization.

Review from Operations Dept

cash comp plus equity in the company

Review from Operations Dept

Our salaries tend to be higher to market compared to most startups with a very strong equity stake in the company. Our focus on equity has allowed us to attract top level talent that are entrepreneurially minded and can see the long term vision.

The best parts are unlimited vacation and equity.

We are provided with competitive salary and shares

Flexible PTO and equity is great

Review from Design Dept

Bonus structure and opportunity for growth

Equity participation that allows me to share in the upside of our value creation.

PTO? Still waiting for benefits to kick in :)

Review from Product Dept

Good pay and discretional PTO

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think I should have more equity

The men are paid considerably more. The leadership team doesn't have transparency regarding salary ranges for different levels/titles. They aren't clear about the bonus payout or yearly raises.

Review from Operations Dept

Gym membership. More pay. More growth opportunities

There are a lot of random and made up positions that vary from company to company. I feel like if people come in with no position then they just get made a Director of Special Projects. Take a look at standardizing positions and do a market analysis to be competitive with salaries
