Being in person with the ability to have a hybrid work schedule as needed. We have been in person since early 2021 and the collaboration, social events, and overall energy is just invigorating when you are at work everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our salaries tend to be higher to market compared to most startups with a very strong equity stake in the company. Our focus on equity has allowed us to attract top level talent that are entrepreneurially minded and can see the long term vision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The experience they collective have across a variety of industries. We have people that have led global companies and startups and many leaders have a combination of that experience. They all are aligned to our mission and are seeking to make Rex a powerhouse in the tech industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The caliber of the talent we have been able to attract at Rex is truly the top rung coming from some of the best schools, companies, and experiences. Because our focus is on individual teaming ability and not just skill set, we have people who are collaborative and supportive of each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
My direct team because we focus on getting the job done but really have fun while we do it. If not social events, we often get together outside of work for happy hours or dinners and just get to know each other better and talk about things both work and non-work related.
