Great colleagues, but like anywhere there are questionable decisions made by management. There is a lack of clearly defined roles, running rules and plans. Also a lot of square-peg/square-hole, one-size-fits-all policies.

My experience started off positive however the constant changes in management and department direction lead to this becoming a negative workspace. Several coworkers have left the company since I have.

They mean well and treat employees the way they would want to be treated.

All have same goals and on the same page

The lead ship team needs to pick a direction and stay with it long enough for it to make a positive impact.

The leadership team needs to understand their employees and not put processes in place to see them fail

Pay was good but not enough to overcome leadership issues.

Great healthcare for a fair cost to me.

Industry experience, and they care about their customers.

Everyone gets along and there is no drama

It's a difference between saying and doing. Meetings are all about words, lets put some of those words into action to see results

New focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I would like to see more done with a customer-facing brochure on what we're doing and what our long-term goals are.

Being compensated for the work that is done is a start. Also, having our voice heard and giving us the ownership and accountability back
