Pay was good but not enough to overcome leadership issues.

Great colleagues, but like anywhere there are questionable decisions made by management. There is a lack of clearly defined roles, running rules and plans. Also a lot of square-peg/square-hole, one-size-fits-all policies.

My experience started off positive however the constant changes in management and department direction lead to this becoming a negative workspace. Several coworkers have left the company since I have.

  • I work in Group, eCommerce, and I work 40+ hours. Hardcore environment but we get stuff done

  • I work in the group eCommerce area and it’s great. I work with the marketing team and they are not digitally minded. I don’t think they have the skills needed to do digital marketing.

  • The culture is so old school. Work from home is a no, wearing jeans daily is a no, and the way most think is like the 1970’s. Go Dogital or Die is the saying of Patrick Berard. That’s a huge cultural change that, even he, is not ready for.
