What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is well panned for business scalability, employee growth planning, Team Development
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, Paying employees what they are owed. Management is known for changing sales plan in the middle of the year and never saying anything about it.
More communication and being in the stores
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not much now that I had to leave the company after 20+ years
It's priced fair and i know that they believe in me

Pay employees what they are owed.
