Customer service communication s not good
Managmemt complains about to much overtime , not enough staff in warehouse for the amount of work ,none climate controled warehouse , all bonuses go to managment and sales employees needs to change .
Leadership team is well panned for business scalability, employee growth planning, Team Development

First 15 years was great.. The last couple of years were horrible. Management was horrible.
