The CEO is engaged and definitely has a vision. Our acquisitions and other investments seem geared to a software/iiot future, large project based. It is a truly global company. My suggestion would be to invest more in hardware research and development. Our quality is the best out there but our functionality, while very good, is not market leading

They are very supportive of family and a healthy balance, but also have at times very high expectations and expectations that can tip that balance the wrong way on occasion. Overall they really do try to make it a good balance.

I would let go of the managers that have not evolved and adopted the companies core values. I would support my team and work with other managers to make sure our processes are cohesive and work for all parties and I would also allow those that work primarily independently to work from home to encourage a better work-life balance.
Helping out more with equipment or tools to do job more efficiently. It's the small little things that counts like office supplies. Instead of buying my own. I bought my own docking port for the laptop. My own keyboard, mouse, staples and pens. I'm very mobile, there are times where I need to take my laptop to the raised floor and unplugging the keyboard, mouse monitor off the the laptop takes time, by using a docking port I can just eject the laptop.
