Being more self sufficient and not pushing things to other people

We cannot management is not concerned with what happens when it comes to workers working together better

They need hire normal people who want work not only bring family and friends who is lazy

Coworkers was awesome. It was just the management and the supervisors that treated a lot of the workers at the Columbia Missouri Snyder electric unfairly nobody ever got a chance to actually speak and things that was promised never happened.

Clean sweep the whole front office and hire all new HR and supervisors at the Columbia Missouri Schneider electric

Trust to collaborate, avoid over relationships, care about process execution

Supervisors and Plant Managers that treat hourly workers with respect and appreciate their hard work

to have a hotline where we can make anonymous report to HR

The training nobody gets the right guidance and direction so therefore is a big turnover always

low productivity and too many mistakes made at all levels and with current management in place it cannot be improved
