Clean sweep the whole front office and hire all new HR and supervisors at the Columbia Missouri Schneider electric
Trust to collaborate, avoid over relationships, care about process execution
Supervisors and Plant Managers that treat hourly workers with respect and appreciate their hard work
to have a hotline where we can make anonymous report to HR
All Contract Employee and On-Roll Employee Should be Treat as Equal
