What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Clean sweep the whole front office and hire all new HR and supervisors at the Columbia Missouri Schneider electric

Trust to collaborate, avoid over relationships, care about process execution

Supervisors and Plant Managers that treat hourly workers with respect and appreciate their hard work

to have a hotline where we can make anonymous report to HR

All Contract Employee and On-Roll Employee Should be Treat as Equal

Stop promoting social issues which only divide us

be more flexible and being fair to each one in the same time, and share their goals with a clear investment plan for each individual, a clear rewarding system - add overtime for extra working hours

Maybe clean the back of the factory where we work more often so maybe we breathe good air and stop bandaging machine problems. Fix it right or not at all.
