The culture and environment of company varies with each place. The factory has different culture, while R&D team have different work culture, sales have different culture and so on

It is a multicultural company, interaction with different persons in different countries

Most of the employees are friendly and semi-social, helpful and hardworking.

The company moved with the outside world and provides flexibility in the workplace. Diversity and inclusion is a strong focus for the company also.

Supervisors and Plant Managers that treat hourly workers with respect and appreciate their hard work

Maybe clean the back of the factory where we work more often so maybe we breathe good air and stop bandaging machine problems. Fix it right or not at all.
