Replace the management from the top down at the Oxford plant.

Listening team, provide support, create synergies and create roadmap at his level

They need to be humans and be closer to their teams. They need to review the practice of the HR and the Managers and make sure that what they have as policies on papers and brochures are executed on the ground. The reality is that managers are doing what is for their best, not that of the company.
