  • Very long. Cubicles in the middle. Personal offices are on the north and east side of main entrance by U shaped Drive way.

  • The vibe was not good. It's a kill or get killed environment. If you have the right friends, great, if you don't, you will be laid off in no time. I'm not working there anymore. The good side is that they're very flexible and don't mind the telecommute

Schneider Electric offers generous paid time off with holidays, flexible scheduling, and the option to purchase extra PTO. Employees can also take a paid recharge break and join volunteer programs with paid time.

  • 3 weeks PTO including floating holidays (Yom Kippur, MLK, etc) and sick time initially 4 weeks after 5 years 5 weeks after 10 years. You can carry over 3 days. Most managerial roles will allow as many sick days as needed you can buy up to 70% disability insurance
