Very long. Cubicles in the middle. Personal offices are on the north and east side of main entrance by U shaped Drive way.
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Schneider Electric? How many hours are you working?
The vibe was not good. It's a kill or get killed environment. If you have the right friends, great, if you don't, you will be laid off in no time. I'm not working there anymore. The good side is that they're very flexible and don't mind the telecommute

There is a concerted effort to promote women at the executive level. Your career, unless you are a fresh out, is self directed. You will not get promoted unless you apply for the position. Each level is an interview,anager's input is a significant portion of the selection
How's the vacation policy at Schneider Electric?
3 weeks PTO including floating holidays (Yom Kippur, MLK, etc) and sick time initially 4 weeks after 5 years 5 weeks after 10 years. You can carry over 3 days. Most managerial roles will allow as many sick days as needed you can buy up to 70% disability insurance

Raises are minuscule lately, for everyone.

My last place of employment we had about 20% of the team as women. SE has 0%. It is a real problem that seems to go unaddressed.
What makes you most happy at Schneider Electric?
Self determination.
If you could change anything about your job, what would it be?
More mobility
