
The testing process, felt like they valued it and were serious about getting the best people.
When I interviewed woth my supervisor, it felt like sitting down to talk with an old friend. It was a conversation, not a grilling session. I had previously taken online assessments, so she already had an idea of my skills and knowledge.
It was fast paced. When i was told how long jt oule take to hear from someone, they were always faster than that date. I never wondered if anyone would call.
I enjoyed the aptitude test.

The interview process sets a high bar for entry. Expect a challenging timed standardized test. Research how to effectively approach this for strategies to maximize your opportunity and make sure you fully read and understand instructions. The face-to-face interviews were positive.
It takes longer than necessary and most of the process is handled internally.
Making the applicants interview 5 times before hire is a bit excessive
